Tool settings saved in your browser

When you change an option on a tool, such as the output style, the bit width, the Signed box or the text encoding, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there next time. These entries start with bt-. They hold only your settings, never the text or numbers you convert, and they are never sent to our server.

Security cookie from Cloudflare

The site is served through Cloudflare, which may set a short-lived cookie such as __cf_bm to tell people apart from bots. It is needed to keep the site running and secure, does not track you across sites and expires within about 30 minutes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for more.

Analytics cookies from Google

Google Analytics, added through Google's Site Kit plugin, sets two first-party cookies: _ga, which tells one browser from another, and _ga_ followed by an ID, which keeps track of the current visit. Both last up to two years. They show us which pages and tools people use, and they never contain what you type into a tool. You can block them in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and every tool keeps working. The privacy policy explains what Google Analytics collects.

No advertising cookies

The site does not show ads at the moment, so there are no advertising cookies. If ads are added later, this page and the privacy policy will be updated first to name the ad provider, list its cookies and explain your choices.

How to clear or block them

You can delete cookies and local storage for binarytranslator.ai at any time in your browser's site settings, usually under privacy or site data. The tools keep working if you do; they simply go back to their default settings. Blocking all cookies will not stop the converters from working either.
