When you will hear back

Every email gets a reply within one day. A short reply comes first if a fix needs longer, such as a change to how a converter works, and a second one when the fix is live.

What you can write about

• A tool gave a wrong result.
• A page will not load, a button does nothing or the tool looks broken on your phone.
• A guide or tool page has a wrong step, a typo in an example or an unclear explanation.
• You need a converter the site does not have yet.
• You have a question about privacy or about this site's policies.

Reporting a wrong result

Include the input you used, the tool page and the result you expected. A Share link from the tool is the quickest way to send all three, since it opens with your exact input and settings. Every report of a wrong conversion is checked by hand, and if the tool or the page text is wrong, it gets fixed.

Reporting a broken page

Tell us the page, your browser and your device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on an iPhone. A screenshot helps when something looks wrong.

Reporting a mistake in a guide

Quote the sentence or the example and say what you think is wrong. The reviewer named at the top of that guide checks the correction before it goes live. What happens after a wrong tool result is reported is on the how we check our tools page.

Asking for a new tool

Tell us what you are converting from and to, and where the data comes from (a file, a debugger, a homework question). Real examples help decide what gets built next. You can see what is already here on the all tools page.

Who reads your email

Messages are read by the binarytranslator.ai team. A report about a tool goes to the developers who build the converters, and a question about a guide goes to the writer and reviewer named at the top of it. You can see who they are on the our experts page.

Teachers and schools

You can print and copy the binary worksheets for your class without asking. If you want a worksheet on another topic, tell us the grade level and what you are teaching, because that decides what gets made next.
